Connecting With People in the Network Marketing Industry
Networking without people, think about this for a moment, what a concept!
Today Network Marketing is having a great impact on this industry, and is being assaulted by the get-rich-quick schemes in the mass-marketing mentality.
On the surface, this prospecting system seems to have its merits. However, one could easily become ensnared in shady business dealings, or unrealistic get-rich-quick schemes. There is a need to be prudent, and careful.
Today some Network Marketers are making excellent use of the Internet to advertize their business opportunities, and products or letting CDs do their presentations which produces good results, and saves both time, and phone bills.
To Think about:
WHAT’S THE GLUE that keeps down-lines together?
They are Networkers like you. They want to be in business with you. They enjoy your meetings, and personal notes you send them. They consider you their soul mate, and do not even consider dropping out of your Network.
Network Marketing was built upon the idea of caring sponsorship, and creating connected, family-like Networks. At least half the reward of Network Marketing is in the relationships you build.
Many people don’t become involved initially because of the business opportunity. They sign up to get the products wholesale.
Different people activate at different times, and for a variety of reasons. Many factors are shifting, and changing in all our lives. It’s the connections that keep us involved.
If you care about people, they feel it. If you look at them with dollar signs in your eyes, they feel that as well. Leaders will rise up in your organization, but even they can lose their inspiration, or stall out at times. Everybody needs a support Network.
Yes, you will come across men, and women who talk a lot, but never produce results. People who start like a ball on fire, but then fizzle out, people who give up at the first bump in the road. People who you wish would give up, and people who will surprise you, and even surprise themselves, unleashing their untapped creative abilities. People whose nobility, and kindness of spirit bring tears to your eyes, and make your heart jump with joy.
To Think about:
Many jobs are monotonous, and offer few opportunities to be creative. Sometimes the workplace itself is a source of frustration, and even the scene of injustice. The lazy one—perhaps because he uses his connections with people in power—may reap the reward of the diligent worker. Other factors may also lead to disappointment. What starts out as a so-called wonderful business opportunity may end up in failure because of an economic downturn, or unforeseen occurrences. Many times, the person who struggles hard to succeed ends up bitter, and frustrated, realizing that he has kept “working hard for the wind.”
Maybe it’s possible to be financially successful in Network Marketing without making connections with people.
But, then you’d be missing the point.
