Why Women are Successful in Network Marketing
It appears that women love Network Marketing, and are at the top of the game as well.
Network Marketing has allowed for the advancement of women, perhaps more than any other profession. Why? Because what you earn is what you get! You don’t have to deal with supervisors, foremen, or bosses. You own your own business, and you are your own boss. There are no power trips in Network Marketing, no control by those above you, and no one abuses their authority. What you put in is what you get out. Sure you may get support from your team, but even that support is not required for your success.
There is no prejudice against women in Network Marketing. Only in this industry does the empowerment of those below you, those on your team, payoff in more money and success for you. There’s no reason to do anything but help people. But if you work for a traditional business, you might be one of seven sales reps vying for the same local manager’s position. One person will be advanced into that job, but six reps will be passed over. Many times today, if you are a woman, you will get passed over for the job. If you get the job, you also get negative responses later from your sales team, all of whom used to be your fellow subordinates.

Now, to get the managers job, and the better-paying position, you might be inclined to promote yourself in conversation. That hurts the others who were also vying for the job you now have. Once you have the job, you might even try to keep your underlings down so that they don’t leap-frog over you, or worse yet, take your place once they get you fired for showing you up on the job! This happens every day, because everyone wants to climb the corporate ladder. Once you understand that managers and coworkers are actually rewarded for keeping others down, you can see why real empowerment in the workplace is a joke, and why women and minorities are found in large numbers at low levels.
THROUGHOUT the world today, the majority of women work outside the home. In industrialized nations, nearly as many women as men are in paid employment. In developing countries, women often toil for many hours in agricultural work to help provide for their families.
Many women are torn between the need to earn a living, and the desire to care for their family and home. These women provide money to pay for food, clothing, and shelter, but also cook the food, wash the clothes, and clean the home. So balance is needed when deciding to go into the workplace.
What to do:
That is why many women have chosen to go into NETWORK MARKETING. The more you build those on your team, the more they make, the more you make. You obtain more time freedom, and more money to do the things you want with your life. Your team makes more when you are successful too, so there is a built in incentive for her or him to help you. It doesn’t matter if you are a woman or a racial minority; Network Marketing pays you when you empower others to succeed.
The old adage used to be “Only in America.” Now the saying is, “Only in Network Marketing.” That is why women are so successful in Network Marketing. As the famous button says, “Ask me why!”
