What is the One, Two, Three Foot Rule in network marketing
No, we are not talking about the three foot rule for bicycle safety between cars and bicycles or the three foot rule for walking space in a room. We are discussing the three foot rule in prospecting for individuals that may prove to be leaders in Network Marketing.
Here is an idea that works. When you come in contact with someone within three feet, prospect him or her and thus you will proceed towards a perfect business venture.
As no doubt you already are aware, Network Marketing is a numbers game. But the key here is wisdom in being selective and looking for the right individuals.
What is wisdom?
It could be illustrated this way: Imagine you are standing in the middle of a road and a bus is coming toward you. First, you recognize that it is a bus—that is knowledge. Next, you realize that if you remain standing there, you will be hit by the bus—that is understanding! So you jump out of the way of the bus—that is wisdom!
So the wise thing to do and the key in Network Marketing is to talk to as many people as possible, and sponsor and work with Leaders. That is wisdom.
Rule: # 1. Recruit, Recruit and Recruit as many people as possible.
Rule: # 2. Recruit Leaders. A leader is “a person who influences a group of people towards the achievement of a goal”.
Rule: # 3. Repeat Rule 1 and 2. Recruit as many people as possible and focus on finding Leaders.
