With thousands of Network Marketing companies out there, how are you to know which one is right for you? Today there are many Network Marketing companies to choose from. People, who are in the business, or those thinking of going into the business, want to know what the best Network Marketing opportunity is. Many distributors have been involved with at least one company, and not done well. So they think: “It must be the company that I have chosen.”
So the question arises, which company should I choose? Since you cannot usually compare products in most instances, it is good to look carefully at the compensation plan that is being offered. However, that really does not tell all. In some cases the compensation plan really doesn’t matter totally.
What really matters is how many distributors you have on your team. Duplication is the best way you can help yourself, and others to help themselves.
In a mature downline of 2000 or 3000 or more distributors, you can depend on receiving $2 to $3 per distributor per month in your compensation check. This may vary from one Network Marketing Company to another.
Needless to say, we’re talking about distributors on your “pay level,” that is, on whom you get paid commissions — not people on your 17th level. And if that’s so, what’s the point in comparing these compensation plans? Remember, it’s the amount of distributors that you have on your team that counts.
To think about:
It behooves you to prospect more, sponsor more, and then teach your downline to do likewise. Make effective use of all of your advertising packages, and let the information tools do the work for you.
As for comparing compensation plans, and analyzing what your company, and other companies are doing, think about this. If you are busy analyzing opportunities, you aren’t sharing your product, prospecting prospects, or sponsoring new distributors. If you are busy looking at other opportunities, and comparing them to your own, then you’re probably not training your downline.
In short, you’re probably not all that successful — and you’re trying to figure out why.
Does the company that you are considering train well, and help you understand the product line it is offering? Not all companies have a system in place. Some let you do whatever you want in marketing their products, and others are very strict on what you can and cannot do. Try to look for a company that has a proven simple duplicatable system that all members use. This will help you in prospecting and training others on your team.
Don’t let the exaggerated promotion that a company offers tempt you into joining, because it may not be right for you. Always remember you are looking for a long-term business that will provide you with a residual income for the rest of your life. Whether you sign up today, or next month it should not make a difference. What does matter however is choosing a company that you will be comfortable with, and that you believe in. After all you will be offering products that work for you and that you believe in.
