People are the most important thing in the Network Marketing Industry.
A Networker once said: “You’ve got to work harder on yourself than you do on your business.” You’ve got to truly be inside out, and on-purpose. When that happens, they are pretty much unstoppable.
WHAT YOU’VE GOT TO DECIDE is what you want to be with your company, what you want to achieve.
Write down your goals, and go over them on a regular basis. You need to have this mindset built well into your mind.
To think about:
“I am the top person of this company. I am a director. I am an executive. I’m in the chairman’s club.” Whatever it is you write down, just keep going over it, and over it. Pretty soon, your brain cells go from disbelief, to become a true believer. Once you are a true believer, there’s no one and nothing that can get in your way. Become a true believer in yourself, and you become invincible and virtually unstoppable.
Avoid negative thinking. Keep going over your goals and consider yourself as a Presidential Director; a Crown Ambassador. Give yourself enough time to reach your goals, and meet the necessary people, and build them.
If you want to reach your goals, you’ve got to take action, because you know cause always equals effect. The cause is mental; the effect is the action you take. The total result is the pay off, the end result, success.
Think about this:
You’ve got to have positive associations with people who have positive conversations. Every successful person starts the conversation with a high. Let me tell you how well that works. It is best not to associate with people who are negative in their thinking, and speech. This will drag you down, and cause to not reach your goals.
An American essayist, lecturer, and poet taught us a long time ago to start out every conversation with, “What’s the greatest thing that happened to you today?” Or, “What’s the best thing that’s happened?” or “What’s the most successful, beneficial thing you’ve done for building your Networking business together today?”
What this does, is eliminate negative talk, because most people want to say, “Well, I’m sick . . . and I’m in pain . . . my back is killing me . . . and I’ve got a run in my nylons,” and that just doesn’t lead to a real productive conversation.
Eliminate all distractions and consider what your goals are!
“My right purpose is . . . . My right purpose is . . . . My right purpose is . . . .”
“My goal is . . . .”
“My ideal life and work is . . . .”
“What I’m on fire about is this . . . .”
The point is that your subconscious mind wants to look for the answer, and it remembers what you thought about, and you’ll never lose it.
So, without question, self-growth, and self-improvement leads to success. It’s what you become, and becoming successful, is what matters, and Network Marketing is the greatest vehicle in history for self-growth, and self-development.
